I talk about mental health, suicidal thoughts, and eating disorders not because of degrees, but because I've lived it. I've battled bulimia, self-injured, and known the despair of wanting to die. I learned to hide, to fake smiles, and to keep everyone away. This isolation cost me meaningful relationships, blocking the very connection that helps us thrive. Many young people struggle with trusting others.
