Happy 98th birthday to Beverly! 💐

Beverly is one of our beloved homebound members, and some BSLC and CTR members had the blessing of visiting her for a birthday tea party. Join us this Sunday as we begin our new series:

The Season after Pentecost features what Christ teaches, and Christians in every vocation are encouraged to say it out loud. The truths of God’s Word are good for the soul, useful for life, and more
reliable than anything else in the world. Watch out for false teachers who come with wise sounding words and pious promises, but who do not base everything on the Word of God! Give thanks to the Lord for faithful servants in the ministry of the gospel and those who support them!

Join us at 9:45 am for our Bible Study and Summer Sunday School hour!

Love, joy, peace, patience... who doesn't want more of these? So many people spend their lives looking for them.

Starting this Sunday, our summer Sunday morning Bible study focuses on the attributes that God calls "the fruit of the Spirit." There's a reminder for us: these attributes aren't found; they're grown. As we dig into each one, we'll discuss ways we can cultivate these wonderful attributes in ourselves and others.

Our K-8th graders will gather together for a Bible lesson and activities in the Sunday School classrooms. We hope your whole family can join us!

May we never take lightly the freedom we enjoy — and may we give thanks to the God who places such courage and selflessness in the hearts of those who serve.
