We are a group a people just like you, with problems, imperfections, issues, and questions! But we know the best place to find answers when we mess up (again and again and again!) is in the person of Jesus. And that makes life and joy possible, even when times get pretty hard. p each other to get through those tough times and celebrate the great times! We would love to have you here, and we hope that you will love it when you come. What We Believe:
We believe in God. We believe that God came down to earth and became a man like us, and that man’s name is Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of every person, for all people have sinned, and that He came alive again after being dead. We believe that if we confess to God we are sinners (which means we have made mistakes), and that we know and trust in our hearts and minds that Christ died for us and rose again from the dead, we will be rescued from our sins and the penalty for those sins. We believe that faith and trust in Jesus Christ is the only means of rescue (“salvation”) from our sins and the penalty for them (and that penalty is eternal separation from God in hell). We believe that God, in the person of the Holy Spirit, dwells with all those who put their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We believe that the Bible is God’s message to us, that the Bible contains no errors, and that it is our guide to faith and life. We believe that the task of every person who trusts Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior is to follow Jesus through obediently loving God and loving other people. The task of the church, which consists of those who have truly trusted in Jesus Christ, is to make disciples through sharing the good news of Jesus, baptism, and encouraging each other to grow in our faith and obedience to God.
