Not every wound is visible, yet many Spiritual Leaders carry pain in silence.
A Pastor continues to
Preach,
Pray,
Guide, and
Love the Church even while carrying arrows in his own heart.
Sometimes the very people they serve become the source of their deepest wounds, but still they choose
Grace over Bitterness,
Prayer over Revenge, and
Love over pain!
This image reminds us that both the Pastor and the Members are fighting battles.
The pastor is wounded while standing,
Still reaching out,
Still holding the Word,
Still choosing to serve.
The members are also wounded, kneeling in surrender, seeking healing from God.
In the body of Christ, everyone carries pain, but we must never use our pain as a reason to hurt one another.
Let us be careful with our words, our attitudes, and the way we treat those whom God has called to lead us.
Pastors are not perfect, but they are also human beings who need
Encouragement,
Respect, and
Prayer.
Instead of becoming another arrow in their back, let us become hands that lift them up.
May this be a Reminder that the Church should be a Place of Healing,
Not hurting; restoration,
Not destruction; love,
Not division.
Pray for your Pastor.
Pray for your fellow Members.
Pray for unity in the Church.
Because when the shepherd and the flock are both healed by God, the whole Church becomes stronger in faith.
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2.
