Our guest for Chapel this week was Ms. Brooke and her search and rescue dog, Emilee! She talked to the children about what to do if they get lost. She told them God made each of us unique including our scent and that is how rescue dogs can track us! She read a fun book about another working dog, Charlie the Ranch Dog. Thank you Brooke for coming to our school!

OPEN ENROLLMENT for the 2026-2027 school year starts MONDAY, MARCH 23rd! We are always excited to welcome new families into Alpha Sprouts! Ms. Keasha and Ms. Kayla will be at the school from 9am-2pm for families wanting to enroll for the coming school year. If you have questions or wish to tour the school, this is a great time to stop by. There is an enrollment fee of $85 due at the time of enrollment. We accept cash and checks. Spots fill up quickly, so don't delay!
The school is located within Lakeside Baptist Church of
Mannford,OK - 1641 Basin Road. Please use the entrance and parking lot on the Northeast side of the church off of Dunegan Rd. Hope to see you soon!

Looking for a fun activity to kick-off SPRING BREAK?? Our annual PARENT & ME PAINT NIGHT is coming up next Friday night! A sign-up sheet is coming home in folders today. She read "Porcupine Valentine" the cutest book about a porcupine mailman that delivers handmade heart shaped valentines to his friends. She gave each child a valentine that had a Bible verse on it . . . We love because he first loved us. 1 John 4:19. ❤️ Thank you Tabitha!

What a blessing to be back at school today!

Our special visitor for Chapel today was Tess Maune from News on 6! She read "The Snow is Deeper Than My Boots are Tall"... a cute book about a family's fun day in the snow. ❄️ We also sang the Snowey Pokey and Jesus Loves Me! A couple brave classmates prayed for Tess, our friends and families!

We will be using the paved parking lot directly off Basin on the south side of the church for drop-off and pick-up tomorrow. Tomorrow will be another snow day for our school. Our handbook states that we follow Mannford public schools lead on closures due to inclement weather. I just received the call that they will be closed again tomorrow. We are hopeful to see everyone on Thursday!
