Today we honor and celebrate Juneteenth—a day that marks the end of slavery in the United States and commemorates the freedom, resilience, and enduring contributions of Black Americans.

As followers of Jesus, we are called to seek justice, love our neighbors, and work toward a world where every person is treated with dignity and respect. Juneteenth invites us not only to celebrate freedom, but also to reflect on our shared responsibility to build a more just and compassionate community.

May we continue learning from one another, listening to diverse voices, and living out God's call "to act justly and love mercy". Micah 6:8

The buses are loaded, the bags are packed, and our Manchester Youth are on their way to Cincinnati!

Over the next four days, our high school students will serve, explore, learn, and experience what it means to love their neighbors through hands-on mission work and community engagement. We are excited for all that God will do in and through them during this incredible trip.

Please join us in praying for safe travels, meaningful connections, open hearts, and life-changing experiences for our students and leaders. May they be the hands and feet of Christ wherever they go.

Let's surround them with prayer as they begin this journey! 🙏❤️
