You are warmly invited to join us October 2–4, 2026, as we come together in joyful celebration and appreciation for Pastor D. Tanner, honoring his birthday and celebrating the beautiful renovations the Lord has blessed us to complete at Macon Worship Center, CLGI!

We are overwhelmed with gratitude for all that God has done and continues to do in the life of our ministry, and we would love for our family, friends, and fellow believers to come rejoice with us during this grand occasion.

This will be a powerful weekend filled with worship, fellowship, thanksgiving, and celebration as we honor faithful leadership and give God glory for His continued favor upon Macon Worship Center, CLGI.

Today we pause to appreciate the gift of work, the dignity of serving others, and the hands that labor faithfully day after day.
Whether you’re working, building, providing, serving, or simply taking a well-deserved day of rest—thank God for the strength to do what He has called us to do.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…” — Colossians 3:23

Sometimes the greatest danger is not that we openly reject God’s Word, but that we slowly become comfortable questioning it. In the garden, the serpent asked, “Hath God said?”—and that question opened the door to rebellion.
When Satan confronted Jesus in the wilderness, Jesus responded differently: “It is written.”
The enemy’s strategy has not changed. He still wants us to question what God has clearly spoken, redefine what God has established, and become comfortable with what we once knew to discern.
The question for us is: When the enemy whispers, “Hath God said?” will we compromise—or will we stand on the Word and say, “It is written”?

Have you ever stopped to really consider WHO JESUS IS? 🤔
1️⃣ Did you know Jesus existed in the dateless past?
Before Bethlehem, before Mary, before the manger!
2️⃣ What was His name then prior to His birth?
What does the Word of God reveal about Him before He came in the flesh?
3️⃣ When he was born on the earth who was His Father?
And what does the Scripture teach us about the significance of God being His biological Father and not Joseph?
4️⃣ Why is it important to know that Jesus was flesh and blood like you and I?
5️⃣ Why was it important for God to declare, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased”?
What was God revealing about Jesus when He made this declaration?
