Rachael Dinie is our new administrative assistant for GA KidMin. She is a graduate of CLC (Columbus Leadership Campus). Rachael has solid experience in kids and worship ministry.

Kids Camp registration is officially open! Check out information and registration at www.gakidmin.org/kids-camp. Points to remember:

1. Remember that Kids Camp is now in early June (see dates on graphic). Please plan accordingly for deposits, fundraisers, etc.

2. On time registration deadline for all Kids Camps is Monday, May 11.

3. Camper cost is now $179 while leader cost will remain at $159. We have not increased camper pricing in 6 years and have delayed this as long as possible.

4. Deposit amount for campers and leaders is now $50/person instead of $100/person.

5. Late fees will apply to both campers and leaders.

6. Please complete submit Adult Verification Forms for all leaders and JR leaders. No AVFs will accepted after Friday, May 15.

7. Once you know which camp you’ll be attending, please text or email Pastor Russell with your camp dates.

KidMin Summit makes its return in 2026 on Feb 5-7 at Christ Chapel Sportstowne in Macon. Whether you join us for the full weekend or Saturday only, this event is designed to provide you and your team valuable KidMin training, resourcing, encouragement, and connection with other KidMin leaders.

What an incredible weekend we had at thus year’s Sisters Together Girls Retreat. Life changing services, activities and stations throughout the day, and late night fun were experienced by all.

Thank you to all of our churches who participated. Special thank you to our District Girls Ministries Director Amy Bilsland and her team for organizing and facilitating this event.

Lastly, I’m so incredibly proud of this year’s speaker Juliana Greenfield. She was a fourth grader in kids church when Misty Parden Smith and I arrived at Griffin First many years ago. We were blessed to be able to raise up several kids pastors in our time at Griffin, and Juliana is the first one to speak at one of our District KidMin events. To see her continuing to fulfill the call of God in her life brings us great joy. We love you Jules!
