We are elated to join with Shemecka McNeil of Slice 325 to bring nutrition courses to seniors on our campus and at sites in Red Springs and Rowland throughout the month of June!

*FREE meal included
*20 slots available per course

This is just the start of much more educational programming for the community, please share with a senior in your life you may benefit!

Jack Pait Strawberry Farm has done so much for us and countless other local organizations by providing strawberries and produce year after year.

We decided it was time to pay it forward by making a donation to the Patrick Pait Memorial Scholarship, but we want to reach $5,000 so we need your help!

We have responded to the community's request for assistance at the pump via our recent survey!

While we so wish we could just provide gas cards to everyone, we had a funding limit that enabled us to purchase 250 Oliver's Oil Company gift cards at $50 each.

We had to prioritize who may be in greatest need of the extra help so we have narrowed it down to those who commute for work and those who need to commute for a medical appointment for themselves or another immediate relative.

Please share with anyone who could benefit from this program and we will do our best to help in every way that we are able in the near future!

As we prepare to serve our county's unsheltered residents in the summer heat we thank another community hero Alicia Hunt who was the very first person to purchase items from our Amazon List!

Also featured is our Office Assistant, Ms.Shelia who oversees intake for those needing hygiene kits, clothing vouchers and other emergency supplies.
