Welcome to Wednesday inspiration with Dr Malicia!

Push Past the Pressure
Pressure has a way of showing up uninvited tightening your chest, clouding your thoughts, and whispering that you’re not strong enough to keep going. But what if the pressure isn’t there to break you… what if it’s there to reveal you?
Diamonds are formed under pressure. Oil is produced under pressure. Even your spiritual growth often happens in moments where you feel stretched beyond your comfort. Pressure is not always punishment it can be preparation. When life feels heavy, remember this: God has already placed inside you what you need to endure. The same strength that carried you through your last storm is still alive in you right now. You are not starting from zero you are rising from experience, from faith, from grace. Pushing past the pressure doesn’t mean ignoring the struggle. It means trusting God in the struggle. It means choosing to pray when it’s hard, to believe when it’s unclear, and to stand when everything in you wants to sit down. Pressure will try to convince you to quit. But purpose is calling you to keep moving.

So today, take one more step.
Speak one more prayer.
Hold on a little longer.

Because what’s on the other side of this pressure is growth, strength, and a deeper understanding of who God is in your life.

You’re not being crushed you’re being crafted.
