When it comes to sharing our faith, it can often feel that we simply lack the right "tools" or confidence to talk about Jesus to our non-Christian friends. We are excited to announce a three-week class based on Matt Smethurst’s book, "Before You Share Your Faith: 5 Ways to Be Evangelism Ready". As the title suggests, this study will help you to prepare your heart for fruitful gospel-conversations, before you speak. Whether you are a seasoned believer or new to the faith, we hope this class will inspire and equip you to represent Christ with both joy and wisdom. Come join us on Sundays at 9:15am! Our men's ministry is offering workshops March through April, where the men of SGCL can learn and grow in specific areas of godliness. The first workshop, "What are You Looking For? How to Choose a Wife Wisely", was this past Monday night! Other topics include "Pure in Heart", "Raising Masculine Sons in a Confused Culture," and "Romance in Marriage: Cherishing God's Gift".
