Kentucky has the second-highest food-insecurity rate in the nation, with nearly 1 in 5 Kentuckians struggling to consistently access enough nutritious food.

Even more troubling, Kentucky has the highest rate of very low food security in the country.

During Hunger Awareness Month, find help or get involved. Learn how Catholic Charities of Louisville is fighting hunger in Kentucky’s heartland through food pantries, home delivery, mobile outreach, senior food programs, and community gardens: https://cclou.org/gethelp/foodsecurity/

PLEASE READ TO THE END!

We are reaching out to let you know some parishioners may experience a delay in receiving their envelope packets that start this month.

We sincerely apologize for not meeting the timeline we had communicated. Our team continues to work diligently to complete production and mail all remaining envelopes as quickly as possible.

Please ask parishioners to use a plain envelope they have on hand or an older offertory envelope that includes their envelope number. This will help ensure their contributions are properly credited until their new envelope packets arrive.

Thank you for your patience and continued partnership. We appreciate the opportunity to serve your parish.

Sincerely,

The Cathedral Letter Concepts Team

Lord we thank you for a new day. The sun is out and the birds are chirping making themselves known. When you solve problems that we asked you to take care of, that's how you make yourself known. I ask Lord that anyone who is reading this if their heart is heavy that you take off the pressure, give them the reassurance of your love and that all things will be ok.

Hold their hand during their journey, give them comfort. Let them see that you will be their with them no matter how the situation may be. Lord we know your love is everlasting. We thank you for all that you have done for us, for all that you have given us.

You show your love in so many ways. We put our trust in you. Continue to watch over us in Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Today is a new day and this is a new week. The blessings that are given to us are from the Lord himself and we should be grateful for that. We may still have storms and trials in our lives but never forget that they don't last always.

Look at where you used to be and smile at where you are now....God is good right? From the bottom of your heart tell yourself how much you deserve the love of God. Happy Monday everyone!

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for one more day, by your grace and mercy we are here. Today Lord with all that is taking place with our children being hurt, I ask that they be covered by your blood, keep them safe as they head to school, stand on the bus stops, give them protection to and from if they are driving. Let us come together as a community, as a church, as family and friends and pray over them.

Our world is in need of prayer and protection. Those that are lost and do not know Jesus, guide them into your path. Those that have broken hearts, heal and repair them. Those that have mental issues, give them strength, those that are having financial issues, bless them with wealth.

Lord, you are wonderful and almighty. Forgive us all of our sins. Teach us all to love and give us humble hearts. In Jesus name, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, today is a new day in which I am grateful for. You allowed me to see one more day and I thank you. Being alive to see the sun shine on my face and to see my family and friends is a blessing.

I ask you Lord as I go thru out this day that you give me comfort, that you give me strength and that you answer all my prayers. I ask you Lord that you guide my path and show me the way you want me to go. Forgive me of all me sins and negative thoughts.

Help me Lord to see you in all that I do. Bless my family and my friends. You are an awesome God. Bless everyone that reads this.
In Jesus name, Amen.
