Everybody can support it, celebrate it, and tell you it’s a good idea but if God hasn’t approved it, you need to learn how to sit still and wait on Him.

Waiting isn’t doing nothing. Waiting is discipline. It’s trusting God to clear the path, clarify your vision, and make His will known.

And when God opens the door, nobody can shut it. And when God gives it to you, nobody can take it away.

This morning, we were blessed to celebrate Rev. Dr. Corrie Shull’s 16th Pastoral Anniversary with a powerful word from George Lewis Parks Jr

We are truly grateful to Rev. Dr. Parks for coming out and sharing such a powerful message with the Burnett Avenue family. He reminded us that Jesus didn’t just die… He took our place.

We couldn’t pay the debt. We couldn’t carry the weight of our sin. But Jesus stepped in and carried what we could never carry ourselves.

Thank you, Rev. Dr. George Lewis Parks Jr , for blessing us with this timely word!

You don’t have to have everything going right to give God glory.

Faith is learning how to bless the Lord even when life is hard, the money is low, and the situation isn’t what you hoped it would be.

“I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth.” — Psalm 34:1

If God has never left you, why would you stop trusting Him now?

You may not always know where He’s taking you, but you can trust the One who has never failed you. He’s made a way before, He’s provided before, and He’s sustained you before.

God has good credit with me. If He did it before, He can do it again.

Trust Him. He’s done great things!

Sometimes all you need is a moment to pause and give God praise.

Take one minute out of your day to worship with us. No matter what you’re facing, He is still faithful, He is still good, and He is still worthy of all our praise.
