Daniel 3:15-28

What a powerful service and an incredible time of worship! Faithfulness is not based on what God does for us, but on who He is. The enemy will try to tempt us with shortcuts, premature blessings, and distractions to pull us away from God’s plan. But true faithfulness says, “Even if I don’t see the promise, I’ll still serve God.”
Fire has a purpose. Fire melts wax, but it strengthens steel. God is not always focused on getting us out of the fire but sometimes He’s developing us through it. Before God elevates us, He wants to see if we’ll stand or bow.

Just as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego came out of the fire 🔥 without even smelling like smoke, God is able to bring His people through trials without them looking like what they’ve been through. Special thanks to everyone who bought a plate for our burn the mortgage campaign.  Can’t wait to see you all next Sunday !!

What a powerful service today as our very own Bishop preached from 📖 2 Timothy 3 on “Improve Your Walk With God.” Bishop taught us that in these perilous times, we must stay faithful, thankful, and grounded in God’s truth. Having a form of godliness is not enough but we must allow God’s power to truly transform our lives. Don’t just hear the Word; live it. Trust God, let Him lead your life, and be serious about your walk with Him.

📖 Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

🎉 We also celebrated all of our April and May birthdays! Happy Birthday to everyone celebrating. May God continue to bless you with many more years of life, joy, and favor.

Pentecost Sunday Recap ❤️‍🔥🕊️

Today’s message reminded me that joy is so much deeper than feelings. Happiness depends on what’s happening around you, but joy comes from the inside out when you’re connected to God. Joy isn’t a feeling, it’s a fruit. Acts 2 showed us that the Holy Ghost is for EVERYONE who wants it. You don’t have to search for joy in temporary things when true joy comes from being in the presence of the Lord. The enemy doesn’t just want your peace but He wants your joy, because there are some battles you can’t fight without it.

No matter what life looks like, joy allows you to still get up and praise God. Joy isn’t attached to music, people, money, emotions, or perfect situations. It’s attached to the God we serve. And we’re excited because we have 7 baptisms coming up!! 🙌🏽 God is still moving and changing lives.

“What’s Love Got To Do With It?” ❤️

What an amazing and freeing service today! We are so grateful for God’s grace and the powerful reminder from 1 John 4:5-8 that true love comes from God. 🙌🏽

We were reminded that real fruit can’t be faked 🍎Your character has to match your gift, and true transformation only comes through staying connected to Him. The fruits of the Spirit aren’t just things we do, they’re who we become when we are filled with God’s love. Also, we celebrated our children’s school promotions and graduations.

Thankful for a service full of growth and God’s presence. We can’t wait to see you next Sunday!
