Every Wednesday, our Outreach Team takes time to pray over the different areas of outreach at Northeast. Today, we are focusing on our local outreach efforts and the ministries, organizations, and neighborhoods we have the privilege of serving right here in Louisville.

A month ago, we had the opportunity to host Immigrant Connect, and it was such a powerful picture of what it looks like to love our neighbors in tangible ways. ❤️🌍

From local businesses and universities, to driving instructors, to professional headshots for LinkedIn profiles, so many people came together to serve, encourage, and help create pathways for opportunity and connection.

Thank you to every volunteer, partner, and supporter who helped make this event possible. Your kindness spoke loudly, and your willingness to serve helped people feel seen, valued, and welcomed. This is what it looks like to love the ‘Ville.

Every Wednesday, our Outreach Team takes time to pray over the different areas of outreach at Northeast. On the first Wednesday of each month, we specifically pray for our Global Partners and Missionaries serving around the world.

Our students are off to a great start in Appalachia! Team 1 has been busy doing demo on a mobile home, while Team 2 is doing cleanup around the Maytown Center. Say a prayer as we prepare for Summer Kickoff this Friday, that our students are able to show the love of Christ in every interaction!

What an incredible day at our Bashford Grinstead Blitz last Sunday! 💙

Over 600 volunteers showed up ready to serve, encourage, paint, pray, help, and truly LOVE the ‘Ville. From neighborhoods to schools to non-profits, every act of kindness made a difference.

Thank you to every person who gave their time, energy, and heart to serve our city. The Church was alive all across Louisville last Sunday, and it was beautiful to see!

💙 One Last Love the ‘Ville for Zachary Taylor 💙

As Zachary Taylor Elementary prepares to close its doors for the final time, we have a special opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus in a very practical way.

Many teachers and staff are carrying the emotional weight of this transition while also packing up classrooms and offices filled with years of memories. We’re encouraging our Northeast family to step in, serve, and support them during this difficult season.

Whether you can give a couple of hours or an entire day, your presence will speak volumes. A few helping hands can turn a heavy week into one filled with encouragement, care, and hope.

Let’s remind these educators they are seen, valued, and not walking through this alone. ❤️
