spirit! You will be led by trained instructors through a movement class blending dance arts and martial arts. While it is a great workout, the focus is worship and praise, and is designed to reconnect women with our bodies and emotions in order to honor our Maker. Non-performance based, Praise in Motion is a personal life-giving journey between you and God. We move to a mixture of traditional and contemporary praise songs, Christian rock/pop, and even classical music/instrumental selections. Atmosphere is safe, warm, and inviting. Bring your water bottles and mats/towels.
