Ruth Evelyn Burns, 83, of Grove City, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025 at London Health Rehabilitation Center in London, Ohio. She was born on October 1, 1941 in Peebles to the late Raymond Burns and Nora Freeze. Surviving are her children Randy Linda Rowe of Grove City, Sheila
