Imagine if you began each day with the following perspective, "Thank you, God, for creating, redeeming, and sustaining my life. Thank you for giving me health. Thank you for the opportunity to fulfill your purpose in the work you give me today."

This outlook reminds us work is not a distraction from our relationship with God, but an extension of that relationship. When we understand God did creative and redemptive work to position us, we offer our efforts to fulfill God's creative and redemptive purposes for others.

While we often look to prayer, scripture reading, and fellowship for spiritual growth, we spend the vast majority of our lives engaged in the routine tasks of our homes and occupations.

What would happen if we stopped viewing daily work merely as a means to a paycheck or the next meal, and instead anticipated it as a primary place where Christ shapes us into His likeness?

Join us this Sunday as we explore Leviticus 19:18 and Matthew 22:39 and discover how Christ’s command to "love your neighbor" extends far beyond our volunteer hours—transforming the way we approach every task we undertake.

As the Feast of Tabernacles approaches Jesus dodges the group that wants to kill him, while resisting a plan to do miracles in order to win back the crowds that wanted to make him king.

Jesus secretly enters the feast a few days late in order to get a message to those on the fence about him.

The feast had the tradition of water being poured out as a promise of God giving life. It was a joyous moment that Jesus used to make his point loudly! He was looking for people with spiritual thirst. He had a special gift for them.

Join us Sunday to learn about this gift from Jesus.

Jesus died so you can be saved from sin’s penalty and freed from sin’s power.

Jesus gave his life on the cross so you can be re-born to live forever in the light of Heaven.

Jesus rose from the dead and sent the Holy Spirit to invite all to believe in his name.

Will you receive the life that Jesus brought to you through His death and resurrection?

While many disbelieve, deny, or desert Christ, I pray, dear reader, that you are found in the company of those who believe and find everlasting life in the name of Jesus.

Join us on Sunday to learn more.

Working in the hot sun leaves us thirsty. And when we thirst, we look for something that will actually satisfy.

Jesus experienced this same need. At midday after a long journey, he sat by a well and asked a woman for a drink. As they talked he revealed that the wells she had been drawing from weren’t holding water. He offered her a new kind of water that would quench her deepest thirst.

Join us this Sunday to learn how Jesus meets our deepest need for living water.

Have you ever thought about believing in Jesus but found yourself unsure? Maybe you’re not convinced the people you’ve heard are telling you the truth. You’d like to believe, but you don’t know how.

Join us on Sunday as we look at the story of one of Jesus’ own friends who had those same feelings. He was told that Jesus had risen from the dead, but he just couldn’t believe it. Everyone around him was convinced, yet it took time and a personal encounter with Jesus for him to believe.
