Working in the hot sun leaves us thirsty. And when we thirst, we look for something that will actually satisfy.

Jesus experienced this same need. At midday after a long journey, he sat by a well and asked a woman for a drink. As they talked he revealed that the wells she had been drawing from weren’t holding water. He offered her a new kind of water that would quench her deepest thirst.

Join us this Sunday to learn how Jesus meets our deepest need for living water.

Have you ever thought about believing in Jesus but found yourself unsure? Maybe you’re not convinced the people you’ve heard are telling you the truth. You’d like to believe, but you don’t know how.

Join us on Sunday as we look at the story of one of Jesus’ own friends who had those same feelings. He was told that Jesus had risen from the dead, but he just couldn’t believe it. Everyone around him was convinced, yet it took time and a personal encounter with Jesus for him to believe.

We all long to be free. No one wants to live under a dictator—or face death.

The people coming to Jerusalem were under Roman rule, waiting for the Son of David—the promised Messiah—to set them free.

When Jesus rode in on a donkey, they cried out, “Hosanna!”—“Oh, save us!” They recognized the Messiah had come but they did not yet understand the true tyranny He came to defeat or the death He came to conquer.

As we come to understand this through genuine faith, our prayers for help are transformed into shouts of praise: Hosanna!

We’re walking again! ❄️
On February 28th, we are hosting the Coldest Night of the Year for the second year in a row!

Last year, the Plain City community showed up in a huge way to support our neighbors in need. This year, we’re ready to lace up our boots and do it all over again. Whether you’re walking, volunteering, or donating, every step helps us provide essential assistance right here at home.

Join us in the cold so others don't have to. 🔗 Sign up or donate at cnoy.com/plaincity

Our word for 2026 at Shiloh comes from Jesus.

In John 15 Jesus teaches us to abide and shows us how to find new, ever-growing, eternal life in relationship with Him.

We do not find this life by striving alone to bring about God’s Kingdom on earth, or by living on our strength.

We learn to abide in Christ.

As we remain in the life of His words, example, and work, the Holy Spirit produces the fruit of joyful obedience in our lives. Through the church the Holy Spirit produces Kingdom witness and fruit in the world.

Join us at Shiloh as we learn to abide in the life Jesus gives, letting God produce fruit in us.
