One younger mama in our congregation turned into 2 mothers that voiced up saying they want mothers all around to know that they are not alone! That sparked converasation, planning and prayer. Today we are having our first Motherhood Matters to God gathering. Offering free food, playtime for their children, safe place to gather and enjoy other mothers feeling the same way! In recent weeks we all have witnessed the cost of being alone when motherhood gets messy! Our prayer is every mother feels they have worth and never alone! God created motherhood!!!! Their motherhood matters to God! We want to show them they will have a friend to call when in need. We will pray toget@her, laugh together and probably cry together! This is only the beginning and I am confident God is up to something good! More to come!!!!
