Lima Seventh-day Adventist Church The Lima Seventh-day Adventist Church welcomes you to worship with us and share the love of Jesus Chr Lima has a rich history going back to the late 1800's.

From all indications, the first Adventist church in Lima was established in 1900. However, due to conflicts, the church was closed. A new church was established, and the first service of this new church was held on December 11, 1937. It was another great opportunity to share a meal with community members at Family Promise.

Family Promise is a nonprofit organization that supports families experiencing or at risk of homelessness by providing shelter, meals, and guidance toward stable housing. Their work helps keep families together while giving them the tools they need to rebuild their lives.

Our church is grateful to partner with Family Promise as part of our commitment to serve our community in practical ways—showing Christ’s love through fellowship, compassion, and support.

Thank you to everyone who helped prepare, serve, and spend time with the families. Moments like these remind us that even simple acts can make a lasting impact.

We’re grateful for a meaningful Education Day at our church this past Sabbath! Students from Piqua Adventist Christian School led in worship through music, Scripture, and testimony, reminding us of the powerful impact of Christ-centered education.
