"Each little flower that opens,
each little bird that sings,
God made their glowing colors,
and made their tiny wings." 🎶

"All Things Bright and Beautiful" (no. 147 in The United Methodist Hymnal) was written by Cecil Frances Alexander, an Irish writer, in 1848. It notes the work of God's creation in both the majestic--like "purple-headed mountains--and the minute--like an open flower. It invites in us an awareness of God's work around us.

🎵 "God gave us eyes to see them,
and lips that we might tell
how great is God Almighty,
who has made all things well."

✨ “Even in the middle of your mess… God is still in control.”

Some seasons of life feel heavy.
The bills pile up.
The nights feel longer.
The heart grows tired from carrying worries nobody else can see.

And yet somehow… God continues to gently whisper:
“Trust Me. I haven’t left you.”

Sometimes we pray for answers,
while God is quietly giving us strength to survive one more day.

That alone is a miracle.

Maybe things are not perfect right now.
Maybe life feels uncertain.
But the same God who carried you through every hard chapter before this one…
is still holding your future today.

So take a deep breath, sweet friend.
You do not have to understand everything to trust that God is working behind the scenes.

One day, you’ll look back and realize:
He was protecting you the entire time. 🤍
