🚗🍿 Beep beep! Our “Drive-In” Movie Night was a total blast!
🎬✨Our sweet kiddos (ages 10 and under) rolled into church in style for a special screening of David! From creative, homemade cardboard box cars to souped-up Power Wheels, the gym was packed with the cutest rides in town. 😍We packed away plenty of popcorn, loaded up on sweet candy treats, and loved watching the story of David come to life. 🍬🍿

We are only about 4 months away from our Winter Ladies Conference coming up in January 2027… so here’s what you need to know!

When: Friday, Jan. 8th and Saturday, Jan. 9th
Friday — 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday — 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Where: 1912 N NC HWY 150, Lexington, NC 27295
at Charity Baptist Church ⛪️

Cost: $50 per person 10 or older (this money helps purchase all of the great door prizes being given away + your lunch on Saturday!)

Vendors: The cost for setting up a vendor table is $30 (limited spaces available). Tables will open at 5:30 PM on Friday and 8:15 AM on Saturday. Please contact Mrs. Heather Lowery or utilize our DMs if you have any questions concerning a vendor spot.

RSVP: You can register for our meeting by scanning the QR code below or by visiting the link placed in the comments (don’t forget to click that submit button to ensure your form is received!) We ask that everyone RSVP by December 31st, 2026.

We are so happy to be able to celebrate the amazing gift that the Lord has given these new Christians!
It is such a blessing to see their outward expression of a life changing inward result!

"Climbing Up To Get A Clear Vision"

When the world gets between you and Jesus, it's good to climb up that tree to see Jesus over all the noise of the crowd. Even when you are the chiefest of sinners, Jesus wants to go to your house and dwell there today. All you must do is open your heart to him, trust and believe that Jesus is Lord.

Baptism Sunday is this week 🌊

Gather with us in fellowship to support those who are making an outward expression of an inward work through baptism! We encourage anyone who is getting baptized to invite friends and family.

We will be eating hamburgers and hotdogs for dinner. There is a sign-up sheet in the foyer if you are interested in contributing anything!

PSA: We will be outside for this event, so don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs! For those who are getting baptized, please bring a change of clothes and a towel.

Upcoming Activities 🥳

Sat, August 29th at 6:30 PM — College & Career will be going to ParTee Shack in Greensboro for a fun time of fellowship!

Please refer to the group chat for more information about this activity.

Sat, August 29th from 3 PM on — The Golden Heirs will be coming together for a board game and bingo night. A delicious dinner will be served at 5:30 PM, so please plan to be there accordingly! Bingo starts at 7 PM and will cost $5 for group members and $10 for accompanying family members.

Fri, September 4th from 6–9 PM — All youth ages 3–10 will be having a DIY drive-in movie experience featuring the movie “David.” We encourage parents to bring supplies for their children to create their own custom boxcars for a chance to win a prize! Pizza and snacks will be provided throughout the evening for all the kids to enjoy as well.

"The Power, The Prophecy, and The Proclamation of Pentecost"

What a wonderful message we heard today about the birth of the Church! Every single soul that is changed by the Word of God continues the work that began on the day of Pentecost! The work that the small group of disciples started spread throughout 3000 souls that day. Just imagine what the Lord can do if you follow in His will for your life instead of your own!
