Join us at Vacation Bible School!

Vacation Bible School is almost here and we are excited for a fun-filled weekend at 12 Springs Community Church in Lexington, SC!

VBS is open to children entering K4 through 6th grade in the 2026-2027 school year.

VBS will be held:
• Friday, June 26 from 5:30-8:30 PM
• Saturday, June 27 from 5:30-8:30 PM

Children may be dropped off as early as 5:15 PM each evening.

Dinner will be provided FREE of charge for all children and volunteers. If your child would like to eat dinner at church, please plan to check them in no later than 5:30 PM so we can ensure everyone is served before activities begin.

Dinner Menu:
• Friday: Spaghetti Night
• Saturday: Walking Tacos Night

Our Emerald Crossing VBS will be an exciting adventure as we learn about God's faithfulness through the life of David. We can't wait to spend this special weekend with your family!

Rooted in Christ This Summer!

“Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith…” Colossians 2:6-7

Summer often brings a new rhythm. Schedules change, vacations begin, camps and activities fill our calendars, and life becomes busy in a different kind of way. In the middle of all the movement and change, it is important to remember where our roots are planted.

When a tree is deeply rooted, it can withstand heat, storms, and dry seasons because its strength comes from what is happening beneath the surface. In the same way, our spiritual lives grow stronger when we stay rooted in Christ.

It can be easy during the summer months to drift away from healthy spiritual habits, but summer can also become a beautiful season of spiritual growth when we intentionally stay connected to Jesus through prayer, worship, Scripture, serving others, and Christian community.

Summer is an active season here at 12 Springs Community Church!

Sunday worship, Midweek services, youth activities, 12 Springs Kids events, and monthly men’s and women’s ministry gatherings continue all summer long. We also have social events, a benefit dinner, Vacation Bible School, and a mission team preparing to serve in Trinidad this July!

Even while summer ministry is in full swing, we are already preparing for the fall: expanding our children’s ministry (HALLELUJAH for a growing church!); planning small groups; and supporting families, students, and teachers as they prepare for a new school year.

Great things happen during the summer at church and our doors are open for you!

Vacation Bible School 2026: Emerald Crossing!

Join us for two exciting evenings of fun, worship, Bible, games, science, puppets, music, and more as we journey through the Irish countryside and discover the truths of Psalm 23!

Dates & Times
Friday, June 26, 2026 — 5:30 PM–8:30 PM
Saturday, June 27, 2026 — 5:30 PM–8:30 PM

Dinner Each Night!
Dinner will be served from 5:30–5:50 PM both evenings.
Children and volunteers are invited to join us for dinner!

Who Can Attend?
Children entering Kindergarten through 6th Grade
We will also have a special class for ages 3–4 with:
- Age-appropriate participation in VBS activities
- Downtime in their own classroom

Nursery will be available for the children of volunteers.
