Hello Friends,

As you know, Pastor Wolverton announced his retirement this past Sunday, effective December 31st of this year.

We are honored to have had him as our pastor for the last 25 years! As we continue through this important pastoral transition, we invite our church family to join us for a special Pastoral Search Prayer Meeting.

Our first prayer time will be this Saturday, September 5th @ 7p in the auditorium.

We realize not all can make these meetings, but come when you can!

Dear Lighthouse Family and Friends,

In case you missed the news, I read my retirement letter to our church family yesterday morning. This will be effective December 31st. It has been my honor to be the Pastor of Lighthouse for the past 25 years. It is hard to believe that 41 years ago this week, we started serving at Lakecrest. 

God has been so good to Josie and me over these many years. He has met all of our needs. He has met every need of Lighthouse as well.  I am very confident that God will fill this very big need of a new Pastor at Lighthouse. Please pray!

Please pray for Josie and me as we begin our new journey, and as we prepare to navigate life from the pews of Lighthouse, instead of the pulpit. Josie and I are excited about our future, as well as for the future of Lighthouse.
