We celebrated our June birthdays and anniversaries tonight with sweet fellowship and great food! Thanks to everyone who helped decorate and prepare all the delicious entrees!

Tonight was our 5th Sunday singspiration and the youth participated with a few songs! We love that they are willing to share their talents to praise the Lord!

Patience was the key theme for Bible buddies tonight. We talked about some of the people in the Bible who had patience and trusted in God. Then we had an illustration of cucumbers and how we have to wait for them to become pickles. We made a fun craft with water and glitter to remind us to wait on God (when the glitter settles). We had some music time, a yummy dinner complete with fresh doughnuts 🍩 and some outside fun after the rain!
The Pathfinders had a lesson in Proverbs about leaning not to their own understanding and made a fun lantern craft!
Next week the kids will participate in the 5th Sunday night singing!

We had a smaller group tonight for Bible buddies and Pathfinders but we still learned a lot about Jesus! The Bible buddies lesson was focused on Romans 8:28 and how God has a plan for all of us! We worked on a craft for upcoming VBS decorations and got in a little 5th Sunday night singing practice. The Pathfinders focused on trust and how we can trust God in all things! The did a trust exercise with water and made some cool bracelets!

Our kids were such a blessing singing a song that thanked all the people in our lives that take care of us, especially our mothers. They did a great job.

What a wonderful Mother's Day service at Concord Baptist Church. Each mom received a special gift in the church service. After the service all the moms were able to make their own bouquet of flowers and also received a gourmet cupcake. Thank you mothers for honoring was with your presence. You are loved.

We had a great time today at the Poultry Festival parade with the Concord float! Lady Liberty and Uncle Sam were a hit and the kids had a great time! AND………….come to church tomorrow to see if we won a prize!

Bible buddies tonight was a lesson on Jesus rescues. We talked about a few of the Bible stories where Jesus rescued His people and how He has rescued us from a life in Hell. We made a fun craft and had yummy tacos for dinner!
The Pathfinders group had a great time together and made a Mother’s Day craft!
