e a family that will stay together. Come and visit us and you will receive a blessing from our worship services. Saint Mark Missionary Baptist Church is located seven-tenths of a mile southeast from U.S. Highway 378 on state road No. 32 (337 Devil’s Backbone Road) in Leesville, South Carolina. For more than 150 years this church has been in continuous worship services under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and pastorate of more than 20 ministers who brought good news of glad tidings to the world, representing the kingdom of God. Pastor Harling was called to pastor the Saint Mark Missionary Baptist Church in March 1990. He is inspirational, compassionate and spiritual. His ministry has created cohesiveness and continuity between the members of the church. He has allowed the Lord to guide him every step of the way. Because of his obedience to the will of God, Saint Mark has been and is still being blessed continuously. A radio ministry established shortly after his arrival has seen constant growth. The weekly radio broadcast reaches about 60% of the state of South Carolina. Recordings of the services are requested from all over the East Coast. Under Pastor Harling’s leadership, over three hundred persons have accepted Christ as their personal savior or have rededicated their lives to Christ. As the church has grown spiritually, eleven men and women have been called and elevated to a higher calling from God. Saint Mark has been blessed with many talents, singing being one in an abundance, which is used to help lift the name of Jesus. Harling’s motto is “With God, the Best is Yet to Come”. Continue to pray for our family, because we know that we are blessed to be here! “And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love Him and to those who are called according to His purpose.”
May God continue to bless you real good!
