This week in Kids Church, we learned about the Tower of Babel! The kids worked together to build their own tower, but quickly discovered how difficult it is to accomplish a task when you can’t understand one another.

Through this fun activity, we learned that the people building the Tower of Babel were focused on their own pride and making a name for themselves instead of honoring God. We talked about how God wants us to use our gifts and work together in ways that bring glory to Him, not ourselves.

What a great reminder that teamwork, humility, and putting God first are always more important than seeking our own recognition!
