As we end the month of November and have moved into the a Christmas season, remember the Reason for the Season.

Be thankful for the gift we were given in Christ Jesus!
Remain thankful for all the opportunities He has provided for us!
Be conscious and thankful for the ultimate blessing of the birth of Jesus Christ!

As everyone prepares for Christmas, prepares to spend time with family, friends, and loved ones, be thankful for the times of life as the Season of Christmas.

Prayer:
“Our glorious Father in Heaven, our almighty God, thank You for Your Son Jesus.
Our Lord and Savior Jesus, thank you for the life you lived and the sacrifice You made.
May You send the Holy Spirit upon us throughout this holiday season and continue to remind us of Your glory and greatness.
Thank You for the work in our lives.
In Jesus’ Holy name, Amen.”

“And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren. For with God nothing will be impossible.””

Praise be to God for miracles!
Just as the scriptures explains of a set of miracles with the births of Jesus and John the Baptist, we could explains how God has done miracles in our lives as well.

Take time to reflect on the times when there was no way out, no way that things could be fixed, no way that you could survive…but you did!
Give thanks to God for the miracles in your life and praise Him for these things.

A thought:
Just as these events are recorded in scripture, if we wrote down all the stories from our lives and recorded the timelines of how the events came together to save us, we ourselves would have a gospel to explain how “with God, nothing is impossible.”
