For eight years, Kristyna V. built a stable life for herself and her three children. She was working full-time, raising her family and maintaining her sobriety, but she knew she wanted more. Through Lebanon County Christian Ministries' upLIFT coaching program, Kristyna gained practical financial skills, personalized coaching and the confidence to pursue homeownership. With guidance from financial coach Ryan Bowman and upLIFT coach Lesvi Vazquez, she learned to budget, build savings and make intentional financial decisions. Today, she owns her first home, has a three-month emergency fund, earned her bachelor's degree, received a promotion at work and now volunteers as a financial coach herself—helping others discover the same hope and stability that changed her life.

In a world that often pulls us toward scarcity, fear, and self-reliance, generosity opens a different door. When you give to Lebanon County Christian Ministries, you aren’t just meeting a need—you’re participating in a bigger story. Here’s 10 ways your generosity creates hidden ripples of transformation:

1. It frees you from fear about the future.
2. It aligns your daily life with God’s kingdom work.
3. It cultivates peace even amid financial uncertainty.
4. It sends ripples of dignity to those being served.
5. It opens your eyes to daily miracles.
6. It builds a legacy of compassion for generations.
7. It breaks cycles of isolation for the vulnerable.
8. It shapes a lifestyle of gratitude, not entitlement.
9. It shows that small gifts can spark a life change.
10. It anchors your identity in God’s grace, not your possessions.

Your generosity with LCCM is more than a gift—it’s a bridge to hope, healing, and a future full of grace.

America's food pantries are beginning to rethink their role.

For years, the focus was simple: provide food to people in need. But a growing national movement is recognizing that hunger is often rooted in deeper challenges—financial instability, housing costs, health struggles, isolation, and lack of opportunity.

Across the country, food pantries are evolving from places of emergency relief into hubs of coaching, support, and long-term transformation. Lebanon County Christian Ministries is part of that shift through its upLIFT coaching program, which is helping participants strengthen their finances, improve food security, achieve personal goals, and build more stable futures.

The idea is simple but powerful: food addresses today's crisis. And relationships help change tomorrow.
