True Life Youth Ministries Guiding students to their True Life in Christ ❤️ True Life Youth Ministries, formerly Lebanon Valley Youth For Christ.

Founded in 1945, True Life Youth Ministries reaches the youth of our community. Our leadership team consists of a board of directors comprised of local business and community leaders who work closely with the executive director, who in turn oversees our staff. Originally organized to provide evangelistic, Saturday night youth rallies for teenagers across Lebanon County, True Life Youth Ministries

began a transition in 1992 of reaching the youth living in Lebanon city. Since that time God has transitioned us into a dynamic urban ministry reaching children and teenagers from some of the most neglected neighborhoods in our community.

It’s hard to believe STEM camp was already over a week ago!! We’re still smiling looking back at all the fun, laughter, experiments, challenges, & memories that were made⭐️

We’re so grateful for every volunteer, leader, staff, and supporter who helped make STEM camp possible. Thank you for taking the time have to spend time with these incredible students!! It was so special to see these kids learn, ask questions, and grow in their faith along the way !!

Meet Our Intern: Shaniyah ✨
Hi everyone! My name is Shaniyah , I’m 19 years old from Harrisburg, PA and I attend Temple University. In my free time, I love reading books or taking my guitar outside to play and enjoy the fresh air.
I decided to intern with True Life this summer because of the impact my former counselor, Evoni, had on my faith journey. She played such an important role in helping me grow closer to Christ and encouraged me to apply for this opportunity. Through her example, I experienced what it looks like to walk alongside someone in their faith, and now I want to do the same for others.
This summer, I hope to grow in leadership and confidence through my relationship with Christ while serving and encouraging students. My favorite worship song right now is Take Rest in Me by Deitrick Haddon and Voices of Unity. If I could spend a day with any Bible character, I would choose Esther because her story has always inspired me. After seeing her story at Sight & Sound Theatres, I was moved by her courage and willingness to use her voice to protect others even when she was afraid. One thing on my summer bucket list is visiting New York City to see The Outsiders on Broadway! Most of all, I’m excited to connect with students, build relationships, and walk alongside them as they grow in their faith this summer at True Life.

Meet Our Intern: Joseph ✨
Hey everyone! My name is Joseph. I’m originally from Puerto Rico, but I now live in Lebanon, PA. I work as a mechanic and also serve as a high school football coach. When I have free time, you can usually find me in the gym getting a lift in.
I wanted to intern with True Life because I’m passionate about helping kids grow closer to God. True Life has a special place in my heart because I came through the ministry myself back when it was YFC, so it’s exciting to now have the opportunity to give back and invest in the next generation. This summer, my biggest goal is to grow as a disciple of Christ and continue learning what it means to follow Him faithfully. Right now, my favorite worship song is For Christ Alone by 2819 Worship. If I could spend a day with any Bible character, it would be Jesus Christ because He is the Son of God and the perfect example of how we are called to live. One thing on my summer bucket list is to help at least one person take a step closer to God. I’m most excited to build relationships, serve others, and see how God moves in the lives of students this summer through True Life!

Meet Our Intern: Savannah ✨

Hi everyone! My name is Savannah, and I’m 19 years old from Lebanon, PA. I’m a junior at Colorado Christian University, where I’m majoring in Apologetics and Musical Theater Education. In my free time, you can usually find me hanging out with friends, exploring coffee shops, working out, singing, or thrifting.

This summer, I’m excited to intern with True Life because I have a passion for inner-city ministry and want to see what God is doing in the lives of kids here in Lebanon. I love how True Life brings people from different backgrounds together to build a strong community, and I’m looking forward to building relationships with the kids and serving alongside others who share a heart for ministry. Spiritually, I hope to grow in what it means to truly be the hands and feet of Christ, serving others with love and following God wherever He leads.

Right now, my favorite worship song is What a Beautiful Name by Hillsong Worship, and if I could spend a day with any Bible character, I’d choose Mary, the mother of Jesus, because I would love to learn from her wisdom and faith.

One thing on my summer bucket list is taking a trip to New York City to see The Outsiders on Broadway.

Most of all, I’m excited to build meaningful relationships and watch God work in people’s lives this summer at True Life!

We are so excited to welcome an incredible group of interns to True Life this summer!❤️‍🔥
Over the next few months, they’ll be serving alongside our staff, building relationships with students, helping lead programs and events, and growing in their faith and leadership. Each intern brings unique gifts, talents, and experiences, and we can’t wait for you to get to know them.
Be sure to keep an eye on our social media over the next few days as we introduce each of our interns and share a little about who they are, what they're passionate about, and what they're looking forward to this summer. That's a wrap on Oasis club nights for the school year!! ⭐️

What an incredible season it has been. From laughter and games to meaningful conversations and growing together in faith, these nights have been such a special part of our year. We’re so grateful for every student, leader, volunteer, and family who made Oasis what it is❤️

While we're sad to see club nights come to an end, we're excited for all that's ahead this summer—new adventures, unforgettable memories, and more opportunities to grow together. ☀️

We're looking for energetic volunteers who are ready to jump into three days of hands-on experiments, exciting challenges, creative problem-solving, and plenty of fun with our students!!
