In case you missed it, here is a brief recap of Pastor Jeff’s sermon today:

The ending of Mark’s Gospel may feel like a cliffhanger, but it points us to a powerful truth: Jesus is alive, and that changes everything.

This week, we reflected on the courage of Joseph of Arimathea, Nicodemus, and the faithful women who stood by Jesus when others were afraid. They remind us that true bravery isn’t the absence of fear - it’s doing what is right because of our love for Christ, even when it’s difficult.

The resurrection story also reminds us that God’s love never fails, His plans are better than we can imagine, and His forgiveness never runs out. Like the disciples, we may stumble and fall, but Jesus is never finished with us.

Be brave for Jesus, even when you’re scared. He is risen, He is with us, and His love will never let us go.

In case you missed it, here is a recap of Pastor Jeff’s sermon this morning:

This Pentecost season, we reflected on Numbers 11 and the Israelites’ struggle to trust God’s provision. Though God had faithfully delivered them from slavery and provided for their needs, they longed for the past and complained about the future God was leading them into.

Through Moses’ burden and God’s response, we were reminded to be careful not to idolize the past or resist the good changes God is bringing. When we grow weary, God is faithful to provide help, strength, and fellow servants for the journey.

Most importantly, we celebrated the gift of the Holy Spirit. Just as God’s Spirit rested on the elders, the Holy Spirit now dwells in all who trust in Christ. As we listen to the Spirit, measure our thoughts by the teachings of Jesus, pray for one another, and speak God’s truth in love, we build each other up and move faithfully into the future God has prepared.

Don’t get stuck looking backward—listen when the Spirit speaks, trust God’s provision, and keep moving forward in faith.

In case you missed it, here is a brief recap of Pastor Jeff’s sermon this morning:

This week in 1 Peter 5, we were reminded that true leadership in the Kingdom of God begins with humility and service. Elders, pastors, and all believers are called to lead not through power or pride, but by following the example of Jesus - the Shepherd who served first.

We reflected on the danger of division, especially when passion loses humility, and the importance of remaining united as the body of Christ. Community protects, restores, and strengthens us when life, temptation, and hardship pull us apart.

As followers of Jesus, we are called to patience, gentleness, and perseverance - even toward those who oppose us - trusting that God can use our faithfulness and suffering for His greater purpose.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)

In case you missed it, here is a recap of Pastor Jeff’s sermon this morning.

Between the Ascension and Pentecost, the disciples lived in uncertainty - waiting, fearing, hoping. We often live there too. This week’s message reminded us that Jesus is truly alive, His kingdom is already at work, and He has not left His people alone.

The Holy Spirit comes as our Teacher, Guide, and Comforter - leading us into truth, shaping us to look like Christ, and giving peace in hardship. We are called to live in the Spirit’s promise, witness to Christ where we are, and remain faithful while waiting for the King’s return.

Don’t spend your life trying to predict when Jesus will come back. Live each day as though He could. Love deeply, serve faithfully, and trust that the Spirit is with you.

In case you missed it, here is a recap of Pastor Jeff’s sermon this morning.

In Acts 17, Paul walked through the beauty and brilliance of Athens, yet his heart was troubled by the countless idols that filled the city. But when he discovered an altar “to an unknown god,” he found the starting point to proclaim the truth of Jesus Christ.

This week’s message reminded us that our calling is to make God known — through His story, through our story, and through the story of Jesus Christ. Paul didn’t begin with complicated theology. He shared the simple truth that the God who created heaven and earth is not distant, confined to temples, or dependent on human hands. Instead, He walks with His people, gives life and breath to all, and invites us into relationship with Him.

As followers of Christ, we are called not only to speak the Gospel, but to live it: with honesty, generosity, mercy, humility, and grace. The world is watching for believers whose lives truly reflect Jesus. We may encounter mockers, debaters, or skeptics along the way, but we are reminded to focus on those who are hungry to know the Lord and to trust God with the results.

May our lives be shaped so deeply by God’s story that we become living testimonies of the hope, peace, and salvation found in Jesus Christ alone.
