Over the last several weeks, storms and heavy rains have caused flooding across southern and central portions of Ohio. Crooksville and Roseville in Perry County were the hardest hit. Many residents had to be evacuated, and even now emergency shelters remain open.
The Disaster and Response teams of West and East Ohio have been working to care for churches and communities.
This week (8/29-9/6) we will be collecting donations to support the West-East Ohio Disaster Response Team in the efforts. These donations will go to help the survivors and churches affected by the flooding.
If you would like to offer a gift, please make your check payable to Otterbein Community Church and mark your envelope, “Flood Relief.”
Above all, please pray for our neighbors in SE Ohio as the begin the process of cleaning and rebuilding. Your prayers and your gifts will make a difference in a world where people are scared and hurting.
Thank you for your support for this outreach.
