Redeeming the Time is now available on Kindle, and it is free to read on Kindle Unlimited.
The title comes from Ephesians 5:16. "Redeeming the time, because the days are evil." What most readers pass over is that redeem is a market word. Paul did not reach for a scheduling term. He reached for a buying term.
That changes the question. Time is not found, it is purchased, and something is always surrendered in the purchase. Your week is already fully spent, every hour of it. The question is not where to find more. The question is what you are willing to pay.
This one is written for Christian leaders between eighteen and forty who cannot find the hours to answer what God has given them.

Season One of The Next-Gen Leader Podcast closes today.
The finale sits in 2 Timothy 2:1-2, a passage Paul wrote from a prison cell near the end of his life. He had every reason to spend that ink defending himself. Instead he spent it transferring the work to a younger man, and telling that younger man to do the same thing again.
