WHAT WE’VE BEEN LISTENING TO ^ ❤️‍🔥🎧

In Genesis 3 - As we go back to the Garden 🍎 we see God almighty ask the same question you & I are STILL 🤯 wrestling with today… “Who told you that?”
With all of the LIES We’re believing, I think the Lord is asking you & I the very same thing. After Adam & Eve just fell into sin & out of relationship with God, what’s their first response?

To HIDE. & sit in the despair of their own S H A M E.
A five letter word that can keep us more captive than any physical chain on this earth ever could. The strongest thing we are enslaved too, may not even be our SIN… but what it leads to, every. single. time.

Regret that we did it & all of a sudden, what once became a mistake you made, becomes an identity you WEAR. Hence, why Adam & Eve covered themselves physically because spiritually they were EXPOSED. & sin requires covering. While they used leaves temporarily, the BLOOD of Jesus is the only substance strong enough to eternally BLOT sin.

So back to the STORY 📖… When God came looking for them, calling into the distance, “Where are you?” With I can only imagine a heavy heart…. Adam & Eve appear, I envision— No eye contact, heads down, barely able to utter the words “I heard you coming & I was afraid because I was naked” & God almighty’s RESPONSE is what I pose that you & I ponder on today….

“Who told you that?”

Adam & Eve were now enslaved to not only their sin, but the shame that now distances not only their lives but their hearts. Adam & Eve, fell short & all of a sudden what started as breaking Gods rule, broke their identity.

BUT JESUS.

God knew sin, must be covered not merely excused. Jesus came to do that perfectly spilling his blood out on Calvary covering it all.
How heartbreaking for Him to hear that they heard him coming & they hide. Have you found yourself there?
Us too. He broke his own body, when your sin broke you. Your father’s kindness draws you to repentance. He just wants your presence…. Don’t hid from His.
you are N O T defined by your sin, but your savior.

What are you listening to? He doesnt condemnation, but with no conditions on His L O V E. He wont turn you away, you’re His.

We had the JOY & honor to send off some laborers into the “fields” of Colorado this morning. The Harvest is PLENTIFUL & these “few” workers are ready to plow & serve all the precious people of Boulder, COLORADO this week!!!
