This Sunday, September 6, we begin Resolving Everyday Conflict with Week 1.

Join us at 8:30 AM or 10:30 AM in person at 209 State Street, or worship online at https://statestreet.church/live.

Fall is a good time to get back into a rhythm.

Here’s the State Street Student Ministry schedule for September through December 2026. Students and families, save this post and plan ahead for youth group, service opportunities, special events, and Christmas parties.

Weekly Sunday School meets during the 10:30 AM service unless otherwise posted.

Please let Michelle know at [email protected] if you are willing to provide meals or snacks for youth groups this fall; it is greatly appreciated.

Save the schedule, share it with your family, and plan ahead for a great fall.

Happy birthday to Miss Kathy, the fearless and loving leader of State Street Preschool.

For years, her care, wisdom, and faithful work have made a lasting difference in the lives of hundreds of preschool students, their families, and people throughout our community.

We are so grateful for the privilege of working alongside her. Miss Kathy, you are the best, and we are thankful for all you do.

Help us celebrate Miss Kathy by leaving her a birthday message below.

Next week, a new school year begins at State Street Preschool, and we are so grateful for this incredible team, led by Miss Kathy.

Together, they create a place where children can grow through curiosity, creativity, and virtue-based education. Their care, patience, and dedication make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.

Please take a moment to pray for the upcoming school year: for our preschool staff, the children they serve, and each of their families. Pray for a year filled with learning, joy, meaningful connections, and support for everyone in our preschool community.

We are thankful for this team and excited for all that is ahead.

On Youth Sunday, Michelle Minich reminded us that our youth are not just the future of the church: they are the church today. Through her story of fear, surrender, healing, and learning to see with new eyes, we were reminded that whatever hallway we are walking through, we do not walk alone.
