Reformation Day Chapel

Our 4th grade class did a wonderful job leading chapel on Wednesday! They shared about Martin Luther and Reformation Day, helping us remember the importance of standing firm in God’s Word and the amazing gift of salvation through faith in Jesus.

Romans 3:19–28 reminds us that we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

Grief is a constant battle. In a moment, in a second, a memory of grief or pain can come flooding in. But Jesus is the ultimate comfort to grief, and how difficult it is for us to imagine when God will wipe away every tear from your eyes.

Twelve Confirmands professed their faith in Christ, confirmed God’s gifts in their baptism, and received the prayers of their church family at our 10:30 service this morning. God’ blessings to these 12 disciples as they continue to learn, live, and share Christ in high school and beyond! “If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31

🙏 The Power of Prayer 🙏

Our 5th grade class did a wonderful job leading chapel as they shared about the Power of Prayer! We are so proud of their leadership and the important reminder they gave us about the power of a life rooted in prayer, love, and service to the Lord.

Their message was grounded in Romans 12:9–13, which reminds us to “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.”

What a great reminder for all of us to keep praying, loving one another, and serving others with joyful hearts! 💙
