Coping Creatively Through Grief Workshop Series
Starting FEBRUARY 21, 2014 through APRIL 11, 2014 from 10:00 AM-12:00 NOON
Creativity can be very healing. Art, dance, music, prayer forms, writing, woodworking, journaling, gardening or cooking. Non-verbal exercise gives us information about ourselves and enhance our healing.
