Meet Johnathan Pitre, one of our incredible Ushers at OSC Midtown!

For Johnathan, serving is a way to show his love for God and people. He believes that “a warm greeting, a helping hand, and a friendly smile” can help create an atmosphere where others feel welcomed and experience God’s presence.

His heart is that everyone who walks through our doors knows they matter and feels at home in our church family.

🚲 Fun Fact: Johnathan enjoys cycling and spending time with his family.

This week we’re celebrating Patrick & Mandy Turner! 👏

Patrick and Mandy have faithfully served at OSC Midtown since Day One, even helping with the Midtown remodel and cleanup! From the VIP Welcome Team, Greeters, and Front Desk to now leading Team B Ushers, they continue to serve with joyful hearts wherever needed.

They’ve also led small groups, served on outreach teams, and love supporting Annual Serve Day and Love Our Schools each year. ❤️

When they’re not serving, they enjoy traveling, playing pickleball and tennis, spending time with their children, and spoiling their grandson, James!

Thank you, Patrick & Mandy, for loving and serving our church family so well! 🤍

This week we're celebrating Mrs. Tonia Broussard 👏

Mrs. Tonia serves so faithfully in our nursery, creating a loving and comforting environment for babies and one year olds.

“I love to just cuddle and love on them and let the parents know how well they did in class. Thanks so much to Our Savior’s Midtown for giving me this opportunity to love and serve.”

We are so thankful for servant-hearted people like Mrs. Tonia who help make church feel like home for families each week. Her heart to cuddle, care for, and love on these little ones reflects the love of Jesus so beautifully.
