Aug 30 2026 Elder Ronald Lawrence I Peter 4 Whosoever loveth is born of God and knoweth God. We love him because he first loved us!
Elder Daniel Wood Deut 18 The Lord tell Moses to tell Israel that he will send them a prophet that will speak the words He commands. Is 40, the voice of one crying in the wilderness saying prepare ye the way of the Lord. Mt. 3 John the baptist comes preaching in the wilderness round about Judea saying repent ye for the kingdom of Heaven is at hand, prepare ye the eay of the Lord. John the Baptist says of Jesus, there is one that cometh after me who's shoes I'm not worthy to bear. According to Deut 5, and Ruth 4, this is symbolic of someone fulfilling the duty of a brother concerning a bride. The man that would not redeem would lose his shoe in public. John said he is not worthy to bear Jesus' shoes meaning that the Lord Jesus will fulfill the duty of redeeming His bride! Hallelujah

Aug 23 2026 Gen 29 Leah's perspective as Jacob works 7 years for Rachel, is given Leah by her father Laban as it is the custom in their country not to give away the younger before the eldest daughter. Jacob is upset at this and works 7 more years for Rachel, he is so happy and satisfied that he works yet 7 more years for Laban. Leah bares 4 children and ultimately after constantly getting her hopes up and figuring Jacob would love and show her favor as the children come along, she is let down time and again. Finally after the birth of her 4th son Judah, she says Now I will serve the Lord. We won't be able to please the world, but we can give up on trying to please the world and serve the Lord!

Today was a joyous day in the Lord's house! Bro. Leroy Robbins was baptized into the flock and we are so thankful! Thank you to all who came to share this joyous occasion with us today.
