This Sunday evening (May 31), a few of us will be on a Community Prayer Walk from 6 to 6:30 or so. Starting/ending in the Village Church parking lot. Less than a mile loop around the school, very informal, where we simply walk and pray for our neighbors. You're welcome to join us and bring your kids! You can pray with your eyes open, by the way! ;)

Some of us at Village are considering registering for KIN's Adult ELL Teacher Training on Saturday, August 1, 9:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Central Bearden Church. The cost is $50/person and includes lunch and workbook. The purpose is to relaunch an ELL ministry right here at Village Church. Are you interested? Let us know! Here's more info:

Reminder that we will be sharing the Lord's Supper together this Sunday. And then following worship, we'll have our not-quite-quarterly Family Meal (from Cracker Barrell) and Meeting. So no need to bring any food, just stay after and enjoy fellowship with one another. Blessings!
