🇺🇸 HELP US SPREAD THE WORD! 🇺🇸

Our 9/11 Day of Service is coming up, and we’d love to see our community come together for a day of service, remembrance, unity, and fun! ❤️🤍💙

Join us Saturday, September 12 at Kirtland Town Hall as we honor the heroes of 9/11 and celebrate the spirit of community.

🍽️ Dinner | 5:00 PM
🇺🇸 Patriotic Program | 6:00–6:45 PM
🎉 Games, activities & dancing to follow!
🧺 We’re also collecting donations for local organizations in our community.

KYA parking lot will be open for event parking.
We’re also looking for artwork for our community art show and canopies to borrow for the event!

There’s something for everyone, so share this post with your friends and family and help us get the word out! We can’t wait to come together with our community. 🇺🇸

🌎🇲🇽 Called to Serve

Elder James Rogers, has been called to serve in the Mexico Puebla South Mission! We are grateful for Elder Rogers’ willingness to serve and for his example of faith and dedication. We know the Lord will guide his footsteps and bless him throughout his mission.

🌸 US Southwest Area Women’s Conference 🌸

Women ages 18 and older from every stake in the US Southwest Area are welcome to gather for a day of Christ-centered workshops, meaningful service, enjoyable activities, and inspiring devotionals.

💻 Daytime Conference — Participate from Home
The conference will be held in person at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, and will also be available via Zoom throughout the USSW Area during the day so every sister can participate, regardless of where she lives.

Please note: Sisters participating from our Stake will need to register for the conference and join the Zoom sessions on their own. You are welcome to participate in as many of the daytime workshops and activities as your schedule allows.

✨ Closing Devotional — Gather With Us!
The closing devotional will be broadcast from the Kirtland Stake Center Chapel at 6:00 PM.

Sister Elaine Dalton will be speaking, and we invite ALL sisters from our Stake to gather together in person at the Stake Center to watch the devotional. ❤️

Even if you are unable to participate in any of the daytime Zoom activities, please join us for this special evening devotional!

🇺🇸 COME TOGETHER IN UNITY! 🇺🇸

Join us and the Kirtland Chamber of Commerce for our 9/11 Day of Service on Saturday, September 12th as we remember the heroes of 9/11 and come together to serve, connect, and strengthen our community.

👧🏽👦🏽Calling all kids! During our patriotic program, we’ll have a Children’s Patriotic Parade! 🇺🇸

Bring your wagon, bike, or scooter and show off your patriotic spirit! We’ll have supplies available for kids who would like to decorate their wagons before the parade. ❤️🤍💙

Everyone is invited to enjoy dinner, our patriotic program, games, local first responders, an art show, dancing, and more! Plus, the first 200 attendees will receive a handheld flag!

Our Purse with a Purpose service project was a wonderful success! ❤️

On Tuesday, July 21, we delivered 82 filled purses, along with clothing and blankets, to Northern Tree House Shelter. They were incredibly grateful and excited to receive these donations, and we’re so thankful for everyone who contributed to making this project possible.

Thank you to each person who donated, filled a purse, or helped with the collection and delivery. Your generosity and kindness are making a difference in the lives of women in our community. 💜
