🌙 Your Rizq, Death & Destiny Were Written Before You Were Born

Before you took your first breath…
Before your name was chosen…
Before your parents even held you…

Your rizq, your lifespan, your actions, and whether you will be among the successful or not — were already written.

In today’s deeply moving explanation of Hadith #4 from the Forty Hadith of Imam Nawawi, Shaykh Bazi reflects on:

• The stages of creation in the womb
• When the soul is breathed into the body
• The writing of destiny (Qadr)
• And the powerful warning about our final ending

This hadith humbles the heart and reminds us to constantly ask Allah for ḥusn al-khātimah (a good ending).

Watch, reflect, and share with your family and friends.

It is mentioned in early narrations that Uthman ibn Affan رضي الله عنه, out of his deep love and devotion to the Book of Allah, would sometimes complete the entire Qur’an in a single rakʿah during night prayer.

This was not something ordinary, nor something expected from everyone — it reflects the extraordinary attachment the Companions had to the Qur’an.

They did not just recite it — they lived with it, loved it, and stood with it in the depths of the night.

May Allah ﷻ grant us even a fraction of their love for His Book. Āmīn.

Who are the people of virtue?

In his recent bayan, Shaykh Bazi explained who Ahlul-Faḍl truly are — the people of excellence and character.

They are not those who respond to good with good.
They are those who maintain ties of kinship even when others cut them off.
They forgive even when they are wronged.
They rise above ego for the sake of Allah ﷻ.

True virtue is choosing goodness when it is difficult.

Take a moment to reflect — are we striving to be among the people of virtue?

May Allah ﷻ make us among Ahlul-Faḍl. Āmīn.

In this short reminder, Shaykh explains who Ahlul-Faḍl are — those who maintain ties of kinship, forgive others, and rise above hurt for the sake of Allah.Tr...

Ramadan is a blessed month in which the duʿā of a fasting person is not rejected — especially at the time of Suhur and just before Iftar.

These are not ordinary minutes.

They are moments when the doors of mercy are open.

Before you break your fast… pause.
Raise your hands.

Ask Allah ﷻ sincerely.
Watch this short reminder and share it with your family so no one misses these special times.

Do we still have truthful friends today?

Shaykh Bazi shared a powerful reminder about the quality of being Ṣādiq al-Amīn — truthful and trustworthy — and how rare this character has become in our times.

In a world where trust is fragile and sincerity is fading, this short reflection challenges us to ask:
Are we surrounded by people of truth? And are we people of truth ourselves?

Take a minute to watch and reflect.

May Allah ﷻ make us among the truthful and trustworthy. Āmīn.

Not every friend will stand with you in the Akhirah.Do you have a sincere, truthful friend who would plead your case before Allah ﷻ?

Today’s inspiring bayan by Shaykh Bazi (Damat Barakatuhum) reminded us that our beloved Prophet ﷺ was the Living Qur’an — he embodied every noble quality taught in it.

The Shaykh beautifully explained how a true Mu’min is someone from whom others feel safe — gentle in speech, calm in anger, and firm in faith.

📖 Watch this heart-touching reminder and reflect on how we can bring the Qur’an into our character, not just our recitation.

Alhamdulillah, we were honored to host our visiting scholar M***i Abu Bakar Shazli Saheb (Pakistan / U.K.) at Kirkland Islamic Center, who delivered a deeply moving bayan on how the life of the Prophet ﷺ is the living Qur’an.

Hazrat beautifully reminded us that the Qur’an’s guidance can only be truly understood through the Seerah — the life of the one who embodied it. Every verse of the Qur’an was lived by the Prophet ﷺ through his mercy, patience, humility, and forgiveness.

He shared the story of Thumamah ibn Uthaal (RA), the powerful chief of Banu Hanifah, who once stood as an enemy of Islam. Yet, after witnessing the Prophet’s ﷺ compassion and noble character, his heart melted — and he declared his faith with tears in his eyes, saying:

“Before this day, no face was more hated to me than yours,
but now no face is more beloved to me than yours.”

Such was the power of the Prophet ﷺ — the living embodiment of the Qur’an.

May Allah ʿAzzawajal fill our hearts with love for the Qur’an and for the one who lived it — Sayyiduna Muhammad ﷺ — and grant us the ability to follow his blessed example. 🤲💚

Alhamdulillah, we were blessed at Kirkland Islamic Center to host our esteemed visiting scholar, M***i Abu Bakar Shazli Saheb (Pakistan / U.K.), who delivered a beautiful and spiritually enriching bayan after Jumu’ah today.

Hazrat reminded us about the importance of dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and how it brings peace to the heart and light to the soul. He also emphasized the establishment of regular Salah, the foundation of a believer’s connection with Allah ʿAzzawajal.

Hazrat concluded by highlighting the virtues of Tasbih-e-Fatimah (رضي الله عنها) — a simple yet powerful daily dhikr taught by the Beloved Prophet ﷺ to Sayyidah Fatimah Zahra رضي الله عنها — reminding us that consistency in dhikr nurtures tranquility and closeness to Allah.

May Allah ʿAzzawajal enable us to act upon these reminders, fill our hearts with the love of His remembrance, and grant us steadfastness in Salah. 🤲💚
