I keep asking myself why the people I call friends are leaving me. That my "circle" of people keeps getting smaller.
Then I remind myself, people come in a certain chapter of life, when you need them to move you forward. Then God removes them and replaces them with people that support your future. He surrounds you with people that will feed your growth in Him. That will walk with you in the trials and lift you up when you fall down. To remind you God is always there. He hasn't left or forsaken you.
The isolation is temporary. The reward is so much better.

No matter what you are going through - God is in control. Fall to your knees. Keep your eyes on Him and you will prevail...

If we try to understand everything and do everything ourselves it only stresses us out. This leads to an open door for the devil to enter and keep feeding the confusion, the feeling of not good enough etc...
God never wanted us to figure it out. He wants us to lean to him. To ask Him for the help we need. To ask him for the understanding.
Pray before everything. Ask for God's wisdom to lead you to the right answer. To guide you down the right path.

Thank you Lord, our father, for never leaving or forsaking us.

Brandon is stable, 2nd CT scan showing no change which means it’s not worse. He has swelling on the right side of his brain.
He has been able to move his toes and push and pull with arms, doc said neurologically he is doing as good as can be expected, he will stay in ICU to be closely monitored for affects from this kind of injury, seizures, numbness or loss of function on the left side and continued or worsening confusion/memory loss.

So a lot of waiting and watching right now. He’s sedated again for now, but when he wakes up if he’s too agitated they will restrain him because he can’t be moving around, please pray he will be calm, and no restraints will be needed, pray for the swelling to subside and the bleed to stop.

Good afternoon
It has become more apparent that we need to pray. Pray for healing, strength, stability, freedom and deliverance.
The closer we come to God and His design for us the more the enemy attacks.

We at Mercy Seat believe in the power of God the Father. We have faith He will answer our prayers.

Sometimes we need to let go. We need to give it to God. Stop fighting the battle that never ends.
It's so freeing when you let go of the burden you're carrying and let your Father take it. He can solve that problem with a snap of His fingers.

I know I'm guilty of this, but being strong is exhausting. Letting someone else take that control is hard. We (I) am so used to being the person that handles all the problems, stress and everything. I finally laid something down at God's feet and it was the best feeling. He took control of that situation and He's still dealing with it.

Galatians 5:22-23, which includes love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

How a person treats those around them, integrity in difficult situations, and offering grace and forgiveness.

We are coming to a time that we must be aware of those around us. False teachings are being told. Sin and lies are becoming acceptable and goodness and truth are wrong.

It is time to put away the material world and open the Bible. Seek God's word of truth. Cover yourself in the knowledge of our Father. That way we can see what is wrong when the world tells us it's right.

If you are looking for something and can't seem to find it. Searching for acceptance and love. Craving forgiveness. The world doesn't seem to have what you need- come to church. Come to God. Seek Jesus. He will fill that longing you are seeking. Pray that the Lord will guide you to the place where He can fulfill every need and desire.
