"Growing Christ-like People in the Heart of Stokes County"

Nestled in the Sauratown Mountain Range in central Stokes County, North Carolina, Quaker Gap is just a ten minute drive from downtown King. Quaker Gap Baptist Church is a body of baptized believers saved by God's grace, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and committed to living lives in passionate pursuit of Christ. We are dedicated to glorifying God by worshiping God in prayer and praise, loving each other with the love that comes from Christ, teaching the inspired Word of God, seeking to meet the needs of all people, and proclaiming the good news of God's love in Christ throughout the world.

Due to the threat of rain and wet conditions this weekend, we have chosen to move our Worship Service and Dinner on the Grounds indoors. We will meet in the Sanctuary for worship at 10:30 am and enjoy a covered-dish meal afterward in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring a meal to share with all. You are encouraged to wear your Quaker Gap t-shirt, if you purchased one. Otherwise, dress is casual. See you on Sunday!
