Celebration of Life for Dan Heffner, our beloved guitarist from the Higher Mind Band. Monday, June 29 at David’s United Church of Christ, 170 W. David Road, Dayton 45429. 1-2 pm a time of fellowship and the Celebration will begin at 2 pm. Reception following.
Our Fund Raising Campaign continues for our Wheelchair Access Bathroom Remodel. Please write Bathroom Fund on your check or tithe envelope. Watch the squirrel climb the tree on our display as our contributions grow! We’ve collected $9,464 to date!
Morning Reflection Every weekday from 8-8:30 am EDT we will be reading a few pages aloud from “Nonviolent Communication - A Language of Love" by Marshall B. Rosenberg, Ph.D. After a few minutes of silence, there will be sharing about the reading. Pop in anytime you wish; you don't need to attend all sessions. Chair Yoga every Tues and Thurs from 11am-Noon and prior to meditation on Wed evening, 6:15-6:45 pm. Love donations accepted.
Tai Chi is offered every Mon and Fri beginning at 11 am followed by Qigong for a total of an hour. Love donations accepted. See Sarah for details.
Mid-week Meditation Practice Teresa Knapke leads this meditation. Please join her and others for a short dharma talk, 30 minutes of silent meditation, opportunities for sharing, and some chanting every Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm. (NEW! Chair yoga prior to meditation from 6:15-6:45 PM.) This is in-person at the Center for Spiritual Living Greater Dayton. The building doors close at 7:00 pm, so please be in the building by 7:00 pm. Lenza’s Singing Bowl and Binaural Beats Music Meditation, followed by sharing. Friday, June 26th, 7-8:30 pm. Binaural beats alpha waves are designed to release serotonin, dopamine and endorphins. Bring a pillow and/or blanket if you want to lay down. Love offerings encouraged.
Sunday, June 28th is our Cookout, celebrating April, May and June birthdays followed by a Drum Circle led by Robert Tiffany. Please sign up in advance on the clipboard at the entrance to the center with what you will be bringing.

Getting in Touch with Your Angels and Spirit Guides Saturday, June 6, 6pm-9pm, held at the center. A light meal will be served followed by a group discussion and a guided meditation. Disease, Illness and Pain - The Body Mind Spirit workshop on Saturday, 7/25/26, 10am to 4 or 5pm, 12pm lunch on your own. A spiritual Art Therapy workshop with snacks and drinks provided. Materials included in price. $80 per person. No art experience necessary. Limited space.
We are looking for volunteers to be with our small children in the back during service. One time a month or every other month. See Sarah for information and to assist.
Consider purchasing a crochet item created by our youth. They are displayed in the Social Hall. All proceeds go to the Bathroom Fund. See Sarah or Andi G to purchase.
