Hey church family, due to the snowy weather FBK is having one service at 11am at the Sugarcreek campus tomorrow. No services at GPBC/Kettering will take place on Sunday. If you feel safe getting out you are welcome to join us at the FBK Sugarcreek campus, otherwise we hope to see you on the FBK Sugarcreek livestream. See the post below for more details!

Snow Adjustment: For Sunday 12.14.25 there will be an 11am livestream and in person service at the FBK Sugarcreek campus only. You are welcome to join in person if you feel safe being out, otherwise we hope to see you online.

There will be no groups, no kids ministry, no 9:30am SC service, and no services at the Eastmont or GPBC/Kettering campuses this Sunday because of the snow. A Christmas Night of Worship decision will not be made until tomorrow morning at the earliest.

Reminder, there will be no service this Sunday at The Gathering Place Baptist Church (3001 Ackerman Blvd, Dayton, OH 45429) because of FBK Inspire Sunday. Those who normally attend GPBC are encouraged to join either the Sugarcreek campus or the Eastmont campus of FBK at 11am Sunday Sept. 14th and return to meeting at GPBC the following week (Sept. 21st). Reminder church! This Sunday (Sept 14), there is only one service at 11:00am at each respective FBK campus (Sugarcreek and Eastmont) as we celebrate the 68th anniversary of our church with a picnic to follow the service.

At the Sugarcreek campus we will be having a picnic. Kids ministry will only be available during the service for babies through age 5 and no adult or student groups will be meeting. For the picnic, the church is providing pulled pork and beef hot dogs. Those attending with last names A-J please bring boxes of individually packaged chips, and last names K-Z bring a dessert. Please drop your items off in the fellowship hall on your way into the 11am service Sunday morning so our team of volunteers can have things ready for after the service. We are excited to be closer to normal this week! The restrooms are put back together and operational, and the hallways have been cleaned. We will have a Sunday Service in the auditorium. The adult Sunday School class will meet in the youth room. At this time, we still have the affected areas blocked off as we work through the insurance process.

With the ongoing issues with the water leak we will not be able to have services again this week. We encourage you to attend a service at FBK Sugarcreek or the FBK Church at Eastmont.

Good afternoon. We will have Wednesday night Bible study in the youth room this week. Please park along Ackerman and enter through the youth room doors.

We will not have praise team practice this week.

We are monitoring the progress of the water cleanup and will have a decision on Sunday soon.

Water is wonderful in the Summer, but never when it is on the floor! We experienced a waterline break in the ladies' restroom this week, and remediation efforts are currently in progress. Due to safety concerns and the continued remediation/clean-up, we will not have Sunday Services this week. Instead, we will join our brothers and sisters in Christ at First Baptist Kettering -Sugarcreek campus on Swiggart Road. Our Adult Sunday School class will meet in room AE-8 at 930a. FBK worship services are at 930 (traditional) and 11 (more contemporary).
