It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Fr. John Richetta, who died on Wednesday evening, August 19, 2026. We mourn this loss and pray for the repose of his soul.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Jeffrey Grob on Tuesday, August 25th, at 11:00 AM at Mt. Carmel Church.

Visitation will take place on Monday, August 24th, at Proko Funeral Home, beginning with the Rosary at 3:30 PM, followed by visitation from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Eternal rest grant unto Fr. Richetta, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul rest in the peace of Christ. Amen
