Join us Friday, June 12 at 6:30 PM at St. Mary’s Cathedral for an evening with GI Catholic Young Adults.
We’ll start with a talk from Fr. Beran about devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, spend time in Eucharistic Adoration, and then head over to Piccadilly Apartments for drinks and socializing afterward.

Our church parishioners hosted and served the luncheon today 6/6/26 for Habitat for Humanity! Father Lawrence Kawagga, associate pastor at Prince of Peace shared the devotion at the coffee. He told the group about his family home in Uganda, he being the 12th child in his family and the youngest. He said people in his village would "love" these homes. Frame #1, house 103, outside painting, inside k***s and door handles were assembled. House #104, outside painting, driveway prepared for concrete. The foundation was dug this week for house #105, Today, work on the rebar, a steel reinforcing bar placed, prior to concrete fill in the foundation. Frame #18, today's workers from both Catholic parishes. Beth and Dana hosted the morning coffee and donuts, Mike and Cathy Labun the luncheon, with turkey and ham sandwiches, several salads and sweet desserts! Thanks to all our faithful volunteers!

Our parish family celebrated Father Scott Harter today on the 12th Anniversary of his ordination! Father presided at Holy Eucharist on his special day, assisted by Deacon Thomas Martin. He was ordained May 30th, 2014 and named Pastor of Prince of Peace on July 1, 2026! In addition to greeting Father following mass, families enjoyed delicious pastries! Happy Anniversary Father!
