Newman Centers help Newman Centers 🤝

On October 9th, we are joining with the Chadron Newman Center for the Future of Faith Dinner in Scottsbluff!

As a Newman Center, our ministry expands beyond our own church. We are part of a network of united Newman Centers all with the same mission: helping college students encounter and grow in relationship with Christ.

When one Newman Center grows, we all grow. When one needs support, we all step up to help.

We’re excited to come alongside the Chadron Newman Center and invest in the future of faith on college campuses across Nebraska!

This mission belongs to all of us.

Today is the Feast day of our patron St. Teresa of Calcutta! We are so grateful to walk in the footsteps of such a humble and charitable Saint. May we take time today and always to continue to learn and be filled with her joy:)

Fun facts:
- Momma T considers her "true birthday" to be the day she was baptized!
- She could speak five languages fluently
- She had a sweet tooth and loved chocolate:)

Meet Zach Glass! Newman Center alum, FOCUS missionary, and now fundraiser for the St. Teresa of Calcutta Newman Center.

His experience with four different Newman centers grew his passion for building places where students encounter Christ and become fully engaged in their faith.

WEEK ONE IS IN THE BOOKS! 🎉

Campus is officially buzzing again, and we’ve had a fun week welcoming students back to campus and to St. Teresa’s! From meals and yard games to volleyball and prayer, we’ve loved seeing both new and familiar faces.

We’re not done yet! We’re closing out the week with a root b**r kegger and bonfire at 7 tonight and a Block Party from 5-10 p.m. tomorrow – see you there!

We can’t wait for all that’s ahead this next school year!

Welcome back, Lopers! 💙💛

We’re so happy to see our students again and welcome so many new faces to St. T’s. Our FOCUS team made sure students could stop by for their annual first day of school photos, and our welcome back events kicked off last night. We can’t wait to spend the rest of the week celebrating!

IT'S FINALLY WELCOME WEEK!

We are so excited for everyone to be back on campus! To celebrate the start of a new school year, St. T's is having an event EVERY DAY this week, August 23-28th! So come on over to the Newman Center for a sno cone, volleyball, ADORATION ON CAMPUS, a BBQ, and a bonfire in Father's backyard!
