This last Lord's Day, we were privileged to welcome two new members into our church family. What blessing it is when the Lord adds to the number of a New Testament church!

This morning, we begin with Lord's Day School at 10am — Different views on the Lord's Supper.

At 11am, we jump into Matthew 13:33 and the pervasiveness of our Lord's kingdom — the parable of the leaven.

At 1:15pm, we look at Matthew 13:34-35 and the fulfillment of psalmic prophecy in our Lord's parabolic speech — things kept secret from the beginning.

A plurality of elders is the New Testament pattern for local church leadership.

This is not to say single-elder churches are necessarily disobedient. But it does mean that such a church should be praying for & discerning qualified men in their midst.
